Company History

Founded in 1999, by Henri Perron, Renmark was started with the vision of building long-term relationships with the North American financial community to the benefit of public companies. Having worked for many years in an internal IR position, Mr. Perron realized there was an unmet need in terms of a firm that could provide objective information on public companies while addressing the correct financial audience. The goal from the beginning was to build a menu of clients in diverse sectors with various market caps listed on different exchanges.

With our head office located in Montreal, Quebec and a continuously growing team of IR professionals, Renmark opened its second office in Toronto, Ontario, allowing the team to better service our clients needs. From modest beginnings, we have expanded our network across North America.

Today, we represent a mix of companies, on U.S. and Canadian exchanges. With combined team experience of over 100 years, we continue to ensure our clients with the implementation of a complete communications strategy and powerful investor relations program to make certain the best results are obtained.
