Renmark Team

Louis brings several years of financial experience acquired both in leading consulting firms and private enterprise to the Renmark team. As Vice-president, Finance, he is responsible for overall financial management of the company, its financial reporting, budgeting and treasury. Prior to joining Renmark in May 2011, Louis was the Controller of the US division of a leading audio and video integrator and spent many years in the Performance Improvement and Restructuring groups of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Grant Thornton helping mid to large companies manage their financial processes and cash flows. Louis is a Certified Public Accountant in the United States and is a member of both the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals and the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors.

As the Vice-President of Human Resources, Stephanie’s responsibilities include recruitment, employee orientation, development and training, retention as well as HR policy development and implementation. In addition, Stephanie also supervises the administrative department. As the head of Human Resources, Stephanie is committed to fostering an environment that promotes career-growth, engagement as well as enthusiasm in the growth of the company. Over the past 12 years, Stephanie has acquired valuable knowledge within the investor relations sector working hand in hand with the IR, Media and Web departments of Renmark. Prior to joining the company in January 2000, Stephanie held various positions in business administration.

Prior to joining Renmark Financial Communications in January 2000, John acquired 10 years of experience in the automotive industry with exclusive high end brands focusing on sales, marketing and management. John graduated from Northwood University of West Palm Beach, FL. in 1992, with a B.B.A., in marketing and management. As well, he graduated from Georgian College, Canadian Automotive Institute. John is involved in various community organizations including the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Founders Award Cabinet Member.
