About Greystar Resources Ltd.

Greystar is a development stage company, focused on the exploration and development of the Angostura Gold-Silver Project in Colombia. The Angostura Project is located approximately 55 kilometres north-east of Bucaramanga, Colombia. The deposit hosts a NI 43-101 proven and probable reserve of 8.6 million ounces of gold and 51 million ounces of silver (312 million tonnes grading 0.9 g/t gold, 5.1 g/t silver) contained with a measured and indicated resource of 11.5 million ounces of gold and 64 million ounces of silver (331 million tonnes grading 1.1 g/t gold, 6.0 g/t silver. In addition, the deposit hosts an inferred resource of 3.5 million ounces of gold and 18 million ounces of silver. The Company is currently completing a Definitive Feasibility Study at Angostura which is expected to be completed in the second half of 2010. Greystar is well financed to pursue its development plans at Angostura with a treasury of approximately C$125 million. The Company is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) and on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange, under the symbol GSL.
