Sean Boyd , C.A. - Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Boyd, a Chartered Accountant, has been with the company since 1985 and was appointed to his, current position in 2005. Prior to this, Mr. Boyd was President and CEO of Agnico-Eagle. Mr. Boyd has held various senior management positions at Agnico-Eagle including Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Boyd is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, 1981. He is on the Board of Governors of St. Francis Xavier University and is a director of the World Gold Council.

Eberhard Scherkus , P.Eng. - President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Scherkus is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited and has been with the company for more than 20 years. He has held his current position since 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Scherkus served as Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer, manager of the Company's LaRonde Division, and other senior positions since 1986. Mr. Scherkus is a graduate of McGill University (B.Sc.).

David Smith , Vice-President, Investor Relations

Mr. Smith is the Vice-President, Investor Relations, with Agnico-Eagle. He started work in investor relations at the company in February 2005. Prior to that, he was a mining analyst for more than five years. Mr. Smith's professional experience includes a variety of engineering positions in the mining industry, both in Canada and abroad. Mr. Smith is a member of the Board of Directors of the Denver Gold Group. He has a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Mining Engineering from Queen's University in Kingston and the University of Arizona, respectively. Mr. Smith is also a Professional Engineer.
