Position:            Data Entry Clerk / Receptionist

                           *Primarily Data Entry Clerk stepping in at reception when needed (breaks, lunch hour and absences)

Location:           Montreal, QC- Downtown (Place Alexis Nihon)

Condition:         Full-time, 3-month contract with possibility of extension

Schedule:          Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 4:30PM)

What will your workweek consist of?

Data Entry

  • Entering new alphanumeric data from internal and external sources (Maximizer Enterprise)
  • Data searching; preparing data for entry by compiling and sorting information
  • Other related tasks

Reception

  • Answer, screen and direct all incoming calls (multi-line phone system) in a professional timely manner
  • Monitor and ensure the reception area is kept tidy
  • Greeting visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Receiving, distributing and preparing outgoing mail and courier shipments
  • Provide administrative support including but not limited to ordering office supplies, groceries, photocopying, faxing and sending documents, creating and maintaining files and labels
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned

Do you have these qualifications and skills?

  • Bilingualism- English and French
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills, professional corporate demeanor
  • Organizational skills, quick typing skills, computer savvy
  • Ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail
  • Outgoing personality, positive attitude and self-motivated

Requirements for the position

  • Have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
